FibroNest™ is PharmaNest’s quantitative digital pathology platform for fibrosis analysis.
It extracts hundreds of single-fiber and tissue-level parameters from histology slides to measure fibrosis, inflammation, and tissue remodeling with precision.
Using AI-assisted image segmentation and feature extraction, it quantifies collagen organization, density, and texture across tissue compartments.
FibroNest provides continuous, reproducible biomarkers aligned with histological staging and clinical outcomes. It is used across preclinical and clinical studies to evaluate disease progression and therapeutic efficacy from conventional Digital Pathology images.
FibroMAP™ is PharmaNest’s single-fiber spatial histology platform.
It clusters millions of collagen fibers from digital pathology images using UMAP, grouping them into phenotypic “fibrotypes” that capture tissue-level remodeling patterns. Each fibrotype represents a reproducible micro-architectural signature linked to disease stage or therapeutic response.
The method goes beyond bulk collagen quantification, integrating geometry, orientation, and topology of individual fibers.
FibroMAP enables visualization, stratification, and comparison of fibrotic phenotypes across tissues, treatments, and disease models.
